Online Bill Pay is the same as writing a check, only Online Bill Pay is more secure and executed online. Online Bill Pay removes the hassle of writing and mailing checks. Paying a bill is just a mouse click away, 24 hours a day. Enroll for free from the Bill Payment Tab in the FirstLink Online Banking system.

What's New with Online Bill Pay

  • A new, updated look and feel.
  • Customers who access bill pay through a browser on their mobile devices will enjoy a mobile friendly design.
  • You are now able to enter payment amounts for several payees before clicking “Pay” once to schedule all of the payments.
  • The last account used for a payment will now be remembered as the “default” for that payee, which will serve to further streamline the payment process.

  It's simple to sign up for e-statements: 

  1. Sign-in to the FirstLink Online Banking Center
  2. Select the Accounts tab
  3. Choose the Account Statement option
  4. Click the hyperlink "Go Green"
  5. Choose "Email Notification & Online Access" for each account
  6. Read and agree to the terms and conditions
  7. Click Save Changes

• When calling the telephone banking system for the first time, you will need to enter a pin number. Your initial PIN number will be the last 4 digits of the primary account owners SSN or EIN. You will be prompted to change your initial pin number.

• To transfer funds between accounts, the primary account holder must be the same on both accounts. For example, if you are the primary owner on your checking account but your spouse is the primary owner on a loan account, you will be unable to make a transfer using FirstLink. Please call your local branch office or (570) 784-1660 to speak with a Customer Representative about changing primary account holder information on certain joint accounts. Transfers can also be made using the FirstLink Online or Mobile Banking services.
