• When calling the telephone banking system for the first time, you will need to enter a pin number. Your initial PIN number will be the last 4 digits of the primary account owners SSN or EIN. You will be prompted to change your initial pin number.
• To transfer funds between accounts, the primary account holder must be the same on both accounts. For example, if you are the primary owner on your checking account but your spouse is the primary owner on a loan account, you will be unable to make a transfer using FirstLink. Please call your local branch office or (570) 784-1660 to speak with a Customer Representative about changing primary account holder information on certain joint accounts.
