To Access Telephone Banking 24/7:

• Call 1.800.454.6504
• For added security, each time you call you will need to enter your Alternate Access ID and PIN when prompted.
• Your Alternate Access ID is your birthdate and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number in the format (MMDDYYYYxxxx.)
• If this is your first time calling, you will be prompted to enter a temporary PIN, which is the last four digits of your Social Security Number. You will then be asked to change your PIN.

Main Menu:

Option 1 - Information on an existing account
Option 2 - General bank information; including
hours and locations
Option 3 - Report a bank card lost or stolen
* - Return to the main menu
Option 0 - Speak to a representative 




Existing Account Menu:

Enter your Alternate Access ID.
For security purposes, enter your PIN number
followed by #.
If this is the first time accessing your account, or
you had your pin number reset, please enter
the last 4 digits of SSN. If you don’t know your
PIN press 0.
Option 1 - Deposit/Checking accounts
Option 2 - Loan inquires
Option 3 - Transfers
Option 4 - Loan payments
Option 5 - Change your PIN
* - Return to the main menu
